Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Seereon's SaaS suites, including Mera Campus, Mining ERP, HReone, and CRM portals. By signing a Service Level Agreement or logging into our workspace, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Scope of Use & SaaS Licenses
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our cloud platforms in accordance with active seat tiers or multi-campus student volumes. Copying source files, reverse engineering APIs, or bypassing database access barriers is strictly prohibited.
2. Customer Obligations
You are responsible for securing administrative passwords, validating employee and student biometric consents under statutory regulations, and preventing unauthorized weight override commands inside our scale modules.
3. Monthly billing & SaaS limits
Services are billed in monthly, quarterly, or annual installments. Failures to resolve pending billing invoices within 15 calendar days of the renewal marker may result in temporary account freezing.
4. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes, arbitrations, or judicial reviews arising under Seereon contracts shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
