All tools, APIs, and algorithms provided by Seereon are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. Please read this disclaimer before integrating our software with real physical hardware weight scales or national digital platforms.
1. Weighbridge and Hardware Integration Limits
While our serial DB9 and weighbridge telemetry algorithms are calibrated to high precision, Seereon accepts no liability for scale mechanical failures, physical lever drifts, or driver manipulation on weight scales. Business owners must run periodic manual weight calibrating procedures.
2. Third-Party and Government APIs
Our systems interface with state government APIs (such as Odisha's i3MS permit network or Indian national e-way bill databases). Seereon is not liable for delayed permit allocations, state server downtimes, or late fee penalties resulting from government database response lags.
3. Financial & Payroll Liability
Tax formulas (GST, Professional Tax, TDS schedules) in our software are provided as helpful operational checkers. The final responsibility for audit submission, tax declaration conformity, and PF contribution filings rests solely with your organization's legal controllers.
