Privacy Policy

At Seereon Consulting & IT Services (referred to as "Seereon", "we", "us", or "our"), safeguarding your organizational telemetry, student profiles, biometric markers, and transaction logs is a core architectural priority. This Privacy Policy documents how we aggregate, index, store, and isolate datasets collected via our services.
1. Data Collection and Telemetry
We process business-related information entered into our systems, which includes student academic sheets, client contact lists, employee biometric shifts, truck weight serial codes, and payment credentials. Telemetry from integrated hardware endpoints (e.g., weighbridges, ZKteco face readers) is collected purely to execute core SaaS flows.
2. Database Multi-Tenancy & Isolation
To prevent cross-tenant data leaks, all client datasets are strictly isolated at the schema level or hosted in dedicated virtual machine silos. Seereon architects never store raw client logs in public clouds or shared storage pools.
3. Indian Statutory Compliance
Seereon maintains strict conformity with Indian IT Act provisions, statutory audits, and central/state tax filing structures. We do not sell or monetize personal or institutional telemetry to advertising consortiums.
4. Retention & Deletion Rights
Enterprise clients retain absolute ownership of their databases. Upon SaaS contract termination or cancellation notice, we purge or export client records securely in standardized SQL formats within 30 business days.
